IPEX ENERGY QUALITY SERVICE LTD was incorporated on the 02nd February, 2013. The company is engaged in Oil and Gas Services; these includes Land Rig Rentals, Swamp Rig Rental Services, Fabrication Services, Jackup Rig Rental Services, Well Engineering and Control Equipment Services, Casing/Tubing Running and Inspection Services, rig wash, Supply/Hoisting and Operation of Drilling Rigs, Mud Engineering and Drilling Chemical Supply, Marine/Rig Equipment Condition Surveys and Acceptance Inspection, Solid Control and Waste Management Services, Provision of Manpower and consultancy Services, Civil Works/Engineering Construction, Project Management and General Contractor. 

The company has a team of well trained and experienced Mechanical Engineers, Geoscientist, Electrical Engineers and Petroleum Engineers led by its Director who has more than 25 years in drilling and operations Management. The team is supported by a group of dedicated and experienced staff and skilled labour. IPEX ENERGY QUALITY SERVICES LTDis therefore capable of handling any oil and Gas job from preliminary survey, design and specification, contract documentation to project execution or supervision as the case may be. The company is an indigenous company that provide specialized Drilling and Well Engineering services and related services in the Oil and Gas Industry and other sector of Nigeria economy.

 

For its consultancy outfit, IPEX ENERGY QUALITY SERVICE LTD has a fully computerized graphics work station complete with digitizer and HP plotter. And make use of the current standard software as AutoCAD, MICRO Station and GIS ATLAS software. We are also been hooked to the internet, and with this the world is at our finger tips. For the preparation of Oil and Gas for utilities, IPEX ENERGY QUALITY SERVICE LTD employs the services of Professional Surveyors who use GPS survey Equipment and procedures, Survey maps are reproduced in AutoCAD or MICRO STATION Format.

In line with the Nigerian Oil & Gas Industry Content Act, which came into effect on April 22, 2010, we are dedicated to utilizing as many Nigerian labor, supplies, machinery, and services as possible in a sustainable manner, all the while upholding the company’s standards for quality, safety, and the environment. 

As required by the Nigerian Oil & Gas Industry Content Development Act, 2010, we would continue to look for and maximize the participation of Nigerian companies and local contractors in our operations in order to support the country’s economy and help develop Nigeria’s industrial capabilities and competencies. Our goal as an oil and gas service provider is to achieve the best overall value for the Project in terms of cost, quality, efficiency, delivery, and operational parameters. To that end, we will execute government policies and the approved Nigerian Content Plan without compromising.

IPEX ENERGY QUALITY SERVICES LIMITED’s main goal is to satisfy and even surpass our clients’ predetermined needs by offering a high-quality service.
Therefore, in order to comply with the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) for quality services, a safety management system that
incorporates health, safety, environmental protection, and personnel management systems has been designed.
Similarly, IPEX Energy Quality Services Ltd would guarantee that all staff members are informed about the QAQC Plan, familiarize themselves with it,
and adhere to all company policies and procedures that are pertinent to their work responsibilities through an internal communication and auditing process.
Each worker is in charge of the caliber of their own output. The effectiveness and suitability
of our quality system and objectives shall be regularly reviewed by all levels of management and a process for continual improvement is implemented and maintained.
